NutriSystem Update Week Three NSNation Blogger

This week I lost two more pounds! That’s nine pounds in three weeks with out having an exercise routine that I was really sticking to. This week I’ve been exercising more. I’ve been jogging with Chase for five days and we did The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout video twice.  I think that next week it’ll be a lot easier to stick to the routine we’ve got going and do the video a few more days too. I know that I’ve lost quite a few inches because all of my clothes fit differently and some stuff is too big to wear at all. I’m checking my weight once a week and my inches once a month so I’m excited to see my new numbers next week.

The first selection of food that I received was an assortment of food from the NutriSystem favorite choices. I was able to pick my own menu for next month so I’m excited to try some new things. I like the convenience of the microwavable food for lunch when I’m in a hurry and the frozen dinner entrees are nice to sit down and enjoy with my family at the dinner table. I’ve enjoyed everything but found some of the food was a lot spicier than I would normally choose. I’ve added a lot of vegetables and stock to most of the food to freshen it up out of the box and help cut down the heat on some of the spicy dishes.

I found that the zesty herb snack mix was a great substitute for crackers with the pasta fagioli soup at dinner.
