NutriSystem Reviews Update Weeks Four and Five NSNation Blogger
I’m a little behind in posting my Nutrisystem reviews weekly update because I’ve been on vacation with my family. During week four I lost one pound which put me at my goal of tens pound for the first month. I think that ten pounds in the first month with out sticking to a regular exercise schedule was awesome. After finishing my first month on the program I am very happy with the results and I love the food. Having the bars for breakfast and lunch choices are great if I’m in a hurry and I like having dessert and snack choices if I want a little something extra during the day.
Every shipment comes with a daily tracker booklet so that I can keep up with what I’m eating, how often I work out and make sure that I am drinking enough water. It includes a grocery guide that lists foods to buy from the grocery store that work best with my plan, including fruits, veggies, nuts, cheese and teas. I eat salads every day and add a little bit of fat free cheddar and fat free French dressing. I always keep vegetable or chicken stock and fresh herbs and garlic in the fridge to add to my lunch and dinner entrees. Caramelized onions with mushrooms and garlic are my favorite to add to the pasta dishes.
Week five was our summer vacation. We went to Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania and Virginia for the week. I spent most days walking and sight seeing. We went out for lunch and dinner every day so I didn’t lose any weight this week but I didn’t gain any either. Each month my NutriSystem shipment includes a handy Eating Out Guide that lists the healthiest choices at many different restaurants and coffee shops so I still ate pretty healthy and watched my calories for most of the trip. I was really happy and super surprised when
I weighed myself after returning home and I was exactly the same. Next week I’ll be taking my measurements and I can’t wait to see the difference in the numbers. I can feel a huge difference in the way that my clothes fit and my legs and stomach look a lot smaller.
